Manufacturer engineering- Check with your local building department about permit requirements in your area. Specifications- Standard Kits are designed to attach to your house. The posts are attached to existing concrete with included anchor bolts. Standard Kits also include as needed:

Post is approx. 7" x 7" square with wood look
Beam is 3" x 8" with miter end cuts

End Cuts are miter
Lattice kits include 1.5" lattice w/ 1.5" spacing
