Standard Kits are designed to attach to your house. The posts are attached to existing concrete with included anchor bolts. Standard Kits also include as needed:
Ultra Tek 8' posts and single beam
Post is approx. 7" x 7" square with wood look
Beam is 3" x 8" with miter end cuts
Color = White
End Cuts are miter
Lattice kits include 1.5" lattice w/ 1.5" spacing
Rafters and Fascia = 2" x 6.5"
Insulted Roof kit = 3" thickness
